Shipping & Delivery

All our items are made to order. Processing and shipping typically occurs within 10 business days unless otherwise specified. Merchandise is shipped via USPS. All orders are subject to credit approval. Please be advised that products may come in multiple shipments so merchandise may not be delivered all at the same time. There is a flat rate of $6.95 for orders. All orders over $200 get FREE SHIPPING.

Sparkle by Stoopher collects customer information to improve this site and to enhance your experience. Your privacy is important to you and it is to us too. This privacy policy is intended to share what information we gather about you when you visit this website, how we use that information, and the safeguards we have in place to protect that information. This privacy policy applies only to the information collected online at sparklebystoopher.com.

Sparkle by Stoopher will not sell or disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties. When you order from us, we collect your name, address (billing and shipping), email address, phone number and credit card number (with expiration date). We also gather information on the person who will receive any gift you send (i.e., that person's name and address) and retain a record of your purchases. If you are a registered user and have signed in when you enter this information, it is automatically saved in your address book for your reference.

When you request to be on our mailing list, we collect your email address. At anytime, you have the option to opt-out from our mailing list.

When you register with us we also may ask for additional information in the section called my account, but you have the option not to provide it. We gather this information in order to send you information about products, sales and promotions that may be of interest to you.

When you submit a question to customer service, we need your email address to respond, and you also may provide us with various types of information to allow us to best answer your question.

As a Sparkle by Stoopher partner, you are required to provide a business name, primary contact, valid email address, mailing address, and phone number. Depending on which services you choose to use, Sparkle by Stoopher may require additional information for billing including billing address or PayPal account.

Sparkle by Stoopher has put in place various procedural, technical and administrative measures to try to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. To the extent customer information is maintained, it is located on a secured server behind a firewall. The firewall meets recognized industry standards. We designed stoopherandboots.com to accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Returns & Replacements

• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Sale items may not be returned.

Viewing Orders

You will receive an immediate confirmation for your Sparkle by Stoopher order as well as an order confirmation at the email address you provide. Save both for your records, as they include an order number that you can use to check the status of your order by logging on to “my account”.
